The National Health Commission said that according to the requirements of the Overall Plan:
First, the personnel who come to China will carry out nucleic acid test 48 hours before their departure. Those who have negative results can come to China without applying for a health code from our embassies and consulates abroad, and fill the results in the customs health declaration card. If it is positive, relevant personnel should come back to China after turning negative.
The second is to cancel the nucleic acid detection and centralized isolation of all personnel after entry. Those with normal health declaration and normal routine quarantine at the customs port can be released into the public.
Third, the number control measures of international passenger flights, such as the "Five Ones" and the limit on passenger capacity, were canceled.
Fourth, all airlines continue to do a good job of epidemic prevention on board, and passengers must wear masks when boarding.
Fifth, we will further optimize the arrangements for foreigners to come to China, such as resumption of work and production, business, study abroad, family visits and reunions, and provide corresponding visa facilities. The entry and exit of passenger transport at water and land ports will be gradually restored. In accordance with the international epidemic situation and the service guarantee capacity of all aspects, the outbound tourism of Chinese citizens will be restored in an orderly manner.
